|Recommended: YesYou can’t beat these prices — I searched high and low through most of central south and east Austin for an apartment after 2.5 years of staying here and at the last minute I decided to stay and staff gave me NO PROBLEMS about it, I upgraded to a 2 bedroom for an unbeatable price I couldn’t find anywheres else, the units building aren’t A1 or Top tier, but that because these apartments do have an age to them but they have somehow manage to keep these buildings looking very nice and I always see maintenance working very hard on the property EVERY DAY, some of the friendliest staff ever, they won’t ignore you or cause any problems once you sign a lease and move in like some other places. Very attentive staff, when coronavirus hit they did their very best to adapt and ensure the safety of staff and residents. I’ve had absolutely 0 problems with my both my units, 0 problems with staff. I will gladly be calling this place home until I am able to buy my own home.
|Recommended: YesThis apartment is very good for people who don’t have money. — Living in here is like a lottery struck for people who make less than 40 k per year.
|Recommended: YesOverall Good Place to Live — I enjoy the property and the staff are wonderful
|Recommended: YesLoved living here for the past 3 years, the maintenance is on site so any problems get fixed fast. The front office staff is friendly, helpful, and they communicate very well. The complex itself is quite large with 2 pools and 3 laundry sites as well as a dog park and lots of open space. The apartment buildings are quite old but very well maintained, there are no bugs whatsoever i lived a 2 bedroom and then downsized to a one bedroom and neither one had any bugs Overall a great place to live
|Recommended: Yes101 — The staff and maintenance are great
|Recommended: YesIt's very cute — I mean it's pretty affordable for it being so close to down town.
|Recommended: YesWe have lived here three years. Affordable, clean, friendly office staff. — I like the convenience of the UT shuttle, the price is very affordable compared to other Austin places. The office staff is always helpful and attentive to concerns and requests. For being where it is, close to downtown Austin, it's a nice place to live. I highly recommend living here if you want accessibility to everything.
|Recommended: YesQuiet and well kept community — The apartment complex is very quiet and lit up. I come home at 3am from work and everything is so bright. There are no loud parties on fri or sat like other places. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds are very well maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
|Recommended: YesGreat for the price — Wildcreek Apartments are great for people on a budget. I was able to get a spacious two bedroom apartment in a convenient location to downtown, running trails, and my work. The buildings are older, the fixtures are cheaper, and the grounds are mature. If you don't need or want to pay for granite counter tops, five swimming pools, a gym, gated parking or other amenities, then this might be the place for you. Staff are nice and friendly, though there is some miscommunication and no second chances.
|Recommended: YesReview — The staff is awesome. They're professional and the maintenance crew is nice and quick.

|Recommended: YesHappy Resident of 3 years — I've lived here for over 3 years, and I can't say anything bad about this place. In Austin's market, I'm surprised at how affordable their rates are as well. I'm very happy in my home.

|Recommended: YesGreat — No complains, just it is too noisy on the first floor apt when above apt residents walk.
|Recommended: YesGood place to live — I have known of this complex since 1990 when a former baby sitter lived here. The complex is quiet, clean, and accessible to everything from here. We are within a sea of student complexes, but we have no issues. We do get the occasional noisy car passing by but overall, when you're inside, you hear nothing. The staff is amazing, all very nice and responsive to maintenance needs. They are undergoing some painting upgrades which should spruce up the look. It would be nice if they did some landscaping outside the apartments themselves to make them look that much nicer, but overall they are a great place to live. Obviously older but we have new appliances and everything is super clean. No bugs which are my greatest pet peeve. I recommend it highly as one of the few affordable clean nice places to live.
|Recommended: YesA good place to call home — Wildcreek has gone through a lot of positive changes in the 5 years that I have lived here. The management has stayed the same, and for good reason. They are good at what they do. the buildings were built int he early 1980s and are not new, but they keep them maintained and in good working order, and I have no complaints. the community is full of mostly friendly people, and there are always opportunities for residents to meet one another-at the community laundries, at the pool, and at various functions held by the staff. They even have had outdoor movies for everyone a couple of times int he last year, which a lot of people really seemed to enjoy. All in all, it is a good place to live and I would recommend it highly.
