submitted by Charles J. - |Recommended: YesThe apartments are nice. But could use more up to date appliances. I.E. Stoves. Also i think the apartments to upgrade to washer dryer units. — It's okay. Nice, not to busy, and the prices are reasonable. But there's no washer/dryer connections in any units. As well as there a little out dated. But overall a nice place to live. Also i think they should invest in a security fence around the Apartments.

submitted by Jessica M. - |Recommended: YesExcellent management, attentive, prompt. a quiet community — Very quiet community, and friendly staff.
submitted by David D. - |Recommended: YesFriendly, quiet, responsive staff, pleasant apt — An island of calm in a sea of student complexes. The apartments are pleasant, although somewhat elderly. Staff responds immediately. Improvements to the grounds and community are slowly being made, as the budget allows. I like it here.

I couldn't imagine living elsewhere. The only thing is that my Mom is disabled and I wish they had a few visitor parking spots closer to my building.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback! If you'll give me a call and let me know which unit is your home, I'll be happy to try to see if we can accommodate a handicapped spot in a more convenient place for your mom!

Neighbors watch out for each other. The surrounding neighborhood isn't the best, but it's improved dramatically in the last few years. As my daughter says, it's not IN Scary Town; it's just outside the city limits. Decent amenities for the price. It's a bit older than some of the other apartment complexes, but that just means the trees are a decent size.

submitted by Abinadi A. - |Recommended: YesAffordable and friendly apartment living. — Living at Wildcreek is great for two reasons. First, the price is hard to beat in Austin. Secondly, the management is really great. The downside is that the buildings are old and so regular maintenance is needed, but the repair men are quick, friendly, and good at what they do.

submitted by David D. - |Recommended: YesPleasant, peaceful, inexpensive, great staff, close to bus and stores — Hot like the rest of Texas. Although I'm from Oregon, I feel at home here. Except for the heat. I've lived in both 1- and 2-bdrm apts here. Both are comfortable, not luxurious, but then the rent isn't luxurious either, and your home is what you make it. AC works fine. Did I mention Texas is hot? There are two decent swimming pools, with lounges, tables and chairs. Adequate parking and close to city bus and UT shuttle. Family friendly with good neighbors. No loud parties. I like it here.
