Description of Pet:
Adult dog: Weight is not limited, but following breed restrictions apply.
We do not accept the following breeds/mix:

Australian Cattle Dog (Blue/Red Heeler)
Basset Griffon Vendeen (Basset Hound permitted)

Bloodhound

Braco Italiano
Cane Corso
Chow Chow
Dalmatian
Dandie Dinmont Terrier
Doberman
Elkhound
Foxhound

Mastiff (Bull and English)

Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog)

Cats: Greater than or equal to 9 months old, no kittens. Housebroken and spayed or neutered.
Reptiles & Exotic pets: Except for turtles, all others rejected.
Birds: Permitted, but must be caged at all times and no noise

Pet Deposit:
$400-Non-refundable pet fee
$200-Pet Deposit per pet (maximum 2 pets per apartment)

You, your guests, or occupants shall permit no other pets on the premises. We reserve the right to exclude any pet.
