9 months old, no kittens. Housebroken and spayed or
neutered.
Reptiles & Exotic pets: Except for turtles, all others denied.
Birds: Permitted, but must be caged at all times and no noise.
Pet Deposit:
$400-Non-refundable pet fee
$200-Pet Deposit, per pet (maximum 2 pets per apartment)
No other pet shall be permitted on the premises by you or your
guests or occupants. We reserve the right to exclude any
pet.
